Considering Mobility+ and/or Cloud+

My company does have interest outsourcing software onto cloud providers including putting data center onto the cloud as a backup. We also have a lot of users using mobile devices, and mobility and cloud trend will increase. I currently have A+, Network+, i-Net+, Server+, Sec+ and some MS certs. Am working in the field full time even though I'm not really learning much on the job.

1) Is Mobility+ and Cloud+ exams that someone of my similar background can pass with relatively small amount of time investment? If I do the exam studying on the job for about 1 to 2 month (definitely no more than 3 months), can that be enough to pass either exams? The less the time investment, the better.

2) Can I go for Cloud+ and skip Cloud essential?
