The only thing id advise is to use the microsoft site heavily and try perform other labs yourself using ur test lab. I found this prepared me for questions i wasnt really expecting to come up!!

I would suggest practice Backups, NTFS permissions, SUS, IIS & Terminal Server

    Good Luck

also study shadow copies in depth (know how to set 1 up with shedule as you may get a sim on it), user accounts and disk managment. Also performance monitors and alerts as you may get a sim on that to.

well i failed but it was my first MS test and the test was all about permissions and backups. and i didn't study my back ups well enough..... had 3 sims none were bad 1 i didn't understand part of it..

not sure if this is to close to quoteing the test or not, but part of the sim was to give a group ablility to control network connections. i thought that statement was very vague but maybe it's something i should have known, oh well. anyone shed some more details about this?

the testing experience itself was horrible the computer i was one messed up 3 times and i was at the testing center about 3 hours, but i know most the people that work up there so i wasn't bored.

Unlucky, it doesn't help when the test center experience doesn't go well, you are under enough pressure without the test breaking on you..

Keep plugging away you will get there
