I personally like recruiters. Granted, you do have to filter out a lot of noise, but some of them are pretty decent. -

I'd suggest working with recruiters through linkedin, as you can check out their recommendations from clients, and use that as a filtering method. -

I'm with BGraves. Don't. I've not had any good experiences with recruiters.
