Anyone got the new xbox360?

Anyone got the new xbox360? if so what's it like? I used to love playing N64 Perfect Dark and Goldeneye, classic's! That's the last time i touched a games system...

I am going to wait until after the New Year. There was a line around the building at Best Buy the other night.....Some people were in line a day early...

I'm not in a hurry either, I'll wait until some more games become available and maybe even until they end up as rentals in the local 'video rental shop' ( we call it videotheek ). Costs 5 bucks to rent a game for a week, after which I'm bored with it anyway in most cases. I hope they create a decent Mortal Kombat again without the adventure stuff. The new DOA should be good for some time though.

Whatever you do, keep it off the carpet, in a vertical orientation, and in a cool, shaded, and well-ventilated area. The initial report is that 15% of the units are experiencing overheating problems and will require a replacement PSU. This may be mostly due to poor placement of the units, but it's too early to tell. The XBox 360 uses a multicore PowerPC CPU, and it runs a lot hotter that any other gaming console you've ever owned.

Yeah, I saw an ad for it on TV the other night and my wife gave me the "don't even think about it look" so, it'll be after Christmas for me too.
