collaboration and project tracking apps

I am looking into collaboration/project tracking apps for a team, and would like to get some input on what do you guys use.
Have you used or still use any of the bellow ?

I need to ensure that projects don't fall of the wagon after a few days, or someone forgets to update teammates before going for a vacation.
