I used to see a lot of job postings like this, fewer lately. It's easier to do when:
1. An economic downturn means you have too many unemployed folks' resumes to sift through;
2. An economic upturn means you have too many greedy IT people looking to move up
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.
