Has anyone else paid for an exam only to arrive at the test center and find it closed. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I spent much of Thanksgiving studying.
I called Vue only to be told to expect a call in 48 business hours to process my refund.

Sorry to hear about that. We had a similar post here a while ago, but that doesn't make it much worse though. Shows again that you always need to verify your exam appointment by calling the test center. -

That sucks.
I haven't had that happen, but I have arrived one time and the guy there (college student) didn't even know I was coming. He had to call someone to tell them where the 'stuff' was to do my test.
