Knowledge Base for Cisco Networking equipment.
I've pondered this repetitiously. I have wondered if their is a knowledgebase for various issues on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco routers/switches of various models. Kind of like Microsoft TechNet which helps technicians out in resolving various windows issues.
I'm not asking for strictly an official knowledgebase from Cisco, even unofficial ones are ok. what are your thoughts.

That is a major step in the right direction! one can definitely search from product to product with this resource. The TechNet KB includes common error messages and their solutions.
