Are you for real? Do you have any networking experience or any previous cisco certifications or any other network certifications? If yes you probably can do it in less than a month by using a network simulator if you can't get your hands on real routers and switches, along with test preparations such as ****, whizlabs, etc.. and sybex's fast pass Todd Lammle.

If your answer to the second question is a No. You probably need to spend more $$ and Time to prepare for the exam else you'll end up taking it more than once. I hope this helps.
