CNSS accrediations

Looking at different Master's programs right now. Are CNSS accreditations actually a good standard to determine how decent a degree program is? I was looking at University of Houston MSIT in Info Security. The program is CNSS 4011, 4014 & 4016. What are your thoughts on the reliability of the CNSS accrediations for security programs?
(Sorry, I know this is not a certification...however, seemed to be the best place to post it since CNSS are accreditations specific to security programs)

In my opinion, not worth anything. If you know basic computer security theory, you know CNSS information.
