Hi All,

What does the above do in simple terms? Easy to understand...just came across CBAC. I had a look online but not really understanding it.

    It limits the amount of incomplete tcp handshakes that can be active at one time. If you are having trouble understanding you may need to read up on the tcp handshake process.
