Hi all,
I've recently bought a promotional offer from VMware offering an online training for VMware 6 plus 50% voucher for the VCP6 delta exam. I've never got the voucher and after 2-3 support requests they simply closed my last one without any answers..
This is frankly inadmissible.
Had anyone else had issues with them recently? Smells Dell already...
Regards,
m.

As for your Dell comment, we are independent of EMC now and will remain the same going forward - the ownership of voting stock changes when the deal goes through, but that's all.VCP2 / VCP3 / VCP4 / VCP5 / VCAP4-DCA / VCI / vExpert 2010-2012

This was the promotion i've bought;
https://mylearn.vmware.com/mgrReg/plan.cfm?plan=68009&ui=www_edu
And i've taken this training:
And not a single answer from VMware concerning the exam voucher, i'm seriously concidering voiding that transaction..
To be honest with you i'm shocked by VMware's behaviors.
Cheers,

scott28tt Member Posts: 686 ■■■■■□□□□□Well assuming you met all the eligibility criteria, and the terms and conditions, it would seem you should have a voucher.
Email education@vmware.com and certification@vmware.com with all the details and proof of purchase.VCP2 / VCP3 / VCP4 / VCP5 / VCAP4-DCA / VCI / vExpert 2010-2012

chappys4life Member Posts: 114I had the same issue. I had to reach out to education@vmware.com. They made me provide the email receipt then sent me the discount code. I think just a glitch when registering.

To close that case, I've got a satisfying answer from VMware, indeed they issued me a voucher.
As i'm pesky when things don't work out well, i have to be grateful once they're sorted out.
