    Vacation days


    Commute is no problem because I always move to live within walking distance to work. I like human interaction and still learn a lot from people so I don't mind being in the office at this point (or I am just spoiled because my co-workers and bosses are great). If the salary is high enough you don't really need them to pay for school / certs you can just sort that out on your own. Yea, I would rather have higher pay and then just manage all the benefits of it myself, then have lower pay and negotiate the corporate red tape every time I want to tap into those resources.
