just out of curiousity, does anyone recall getting questions about viruses, trojans, malware, hacking, or UPS ???

in my college class we aren't doing quizes for these chapters, so i was wondering if anyone had any examples that were on the real test

No one can tell you their questions on the "real test" because of the NDA. However, a look through the objectives only turned up the following:

3.10 Identify the purpose, benefits and characteristics of using antivirus software.

and this:

3.11 Identify the purpose and characteristics of fault tolerance:
• Power
• Link redundancy
• Storage
• Services
