mgeorge Member Posts: 774 ■■■□□□□□□□BGP feature(s) within 12.4 are platform dependant. If you are running a 1721 router, bgp will be on IP Plus or greater feature set, that of which requires 64D/16F

Since 1700's are classified as SOHO router(s), cisco bundled the ADSL feature set with ip plus.
enterprise base does not include bgp, but adv ip and adv ent services does.
service provider services (sp) or formally "telco" includes bgp as well as many other required features for isp's but lacks many features covered in ccnp.
