Does anybody know what kind of pay you can expect from a CCNA?

Webmaster Admin Posts: 10,292 AdminThat's hard to answer, it depends on what job you get. CCNA is not a job, and you won't get paid for being a CCNA. A lot of sys admins (ie. MCSEs) get their CCNA to be able to manage and troubleshoot the routers that hold together their Windows networks (for example). If you become a network engineer (which isn't common with 'just' CCNA) you will probably get paid better for having the CCNA cert.
Although CCNA is not an easy exam, it is entry-level, hence you'll be looking at an entry-level salary if you are lucky enough to find a job where they let you touch a Cisco router. If you have a year or more experience things will be very different... the hardest thing of course is to get the experience in the first place.
If a good pay is the goal, you should probably be looking at CCNP. -

Sorry, but this is just like asking how much a car cost. Or "how much a dorctor earns": Private or NHS - GP or specialist - young or experianced - US or 3rd world - smart or dumb...Goldorak
