Exchange, Outlook or BES problem

Hi guys,
I am having very weird problems with this user....never encountered before.

Outlook 2007

Blackberry BES user

Deletes/Moves emails from her inbox in Outlook (specifically moves an email to a folder)

Deletes that email from her Blackberry

A short time later the email comes back to her blackberry again.

Please let me know your toughts..

she has no rules what so ever so does move them into folders manually ..

If rules isn't getting in the way then I've found it usually comes down to having to wipe and reactivate.

It sounds like it might be a problem with which mail client wins, handheld vs outlook. Check the settings on the handheld. You can see sync settings from Desktop Manager as well.
