If the issue isn't resolved and you aren't satisfied, I would leave professionally and not burn any bridges along the way."If you’re not prepared to be wrong, you’ll never come up with anything original.” - Ken Robinson

They aren't screwing you over.
EDIT: You even stated that they gave you extra up front on the transition...
I have been through several pay arrangement transitions and they were the opposite direction and would be more difficult to deal with. It isn't that big of a deal, but you do need to sit down and adjust your spending situation. I went from being paid bi-weekly to monthly on two occasions. One time I moved from monthly to semi-monthly. Since I always arrange my payments around the dates, it is an adjustment, but I never looked at it as being screwed over, because I wasn't, and neither are you.
As a matter of fact, you may end up having the opportunity to make more money.2024 Renew: [ ] AZ-204 [ ] AZ-305 [ ] AZ-400 [ ] AZ-500 [ ] Vault Assoc.

I tend to agree with some of the other forum members that your best course of action may be to simply discuss it with your manager, HR, or payroll. It seems like there is a probability that it's simply a misunderstanding.
Payroll can sometimes get more complicated than it needs to be. And it's usually just a misunderstanding.
I can recall that a few years ago, I received a monthly net-pay of about 10 bucks. And when I took a closer look at it, it was actually correct because of a tax withholding error from several months earlier.
