So I originally purchased the HWIC-4ESW, then learned I need a PWR unit and ILPM. bought both of those, plugged the ILPM daughter card into the HWIC, swapped the old PWR unit, connected the new one to the motherboard, but still phone doesnt light up. Any ideas?

Cisco 2800 Series Hardware Installation - Installing and Upgrading Internal Modules in Cisco 2800 Series Routers* [Cisco 2800 Series Integrated Services Routers] - Cisco Systems
that I need to jump the power from the PSU to the motherboard with a little (RED/WHITE) jumper cable which was NOT included with either my HWIC, ILPM, or PWR unit purchases. NOTE: this jumper is separate from the main, larger, multi color jumper that powers the rest of the 2821, also the black/white/red jumper powers the fans. Luckily I found the cable inside one of my other 2821s, so I hooked it up and now the phones light up. Pic attached of the jumper (pointing at with a screwdriver)
Never knew getting PoE on my HWIC would be so involved lol

rchase Member Posts: 126So I took another look at it, and I'm actually not sure if that RED/wHITE jumper was needed. But theres a larger PSU to motherboard cable that I missed that IS needed: Pic attached
(Black cable, wraps around the right side and then under the multi color main power connection)
