I am starting 10/1 hoping to be done in a year minimum and max of 2 years. I am set to start in the B.S. - Information Technology- Software Emphasis. I completed my Associates in August and at least 61 credits will be transferring over. -

If a year and 1/2 ends up being too much you can try the 4 term plan. Some of the courses end up being more work than expected.

Credits from previous education expire?
Some fields become outdated after a certain amount of time. Five years tends to be a cut-off time for most of them, others are 10 years. Classes that apply to those fields are held under these rules when transferring colleges. Once you have the degree though, the rules change slightly.
