Has anyone had any experience with these? It seems like an end of workday scenario with a non-corporatized company. Interested to see if any TE'ers have gone through this non-standard interview process.

Akaricloud Member Posts: 938I had an informal lunch interview on a job I was referred to. I much prefer interviews like this that are conversational and you get to see what it would actually be like to work for the person.
I treated it as if I were already part of their team and we just got a bit more in depth about my background and future aspirations. -
