642-453 Gateway/Gatekeeper Exam
First, a little background: I would like to earn my CCVP by the end of 2009. Also, I will be sitting for my CCNA week after next. I currently own a company that does a lot of voice termination for carriers. Currently, I outsource most of my difficult problems and I would like to keep it that way (maybe hire full timers in…

ASA 5510s
Quick Question, Mike. If you're building your own lab, wouldn't it be cheaper to get 2 PIXs with 7.2 & an IDS 4210 upgraded to IPS 5.1 IOS? Man, those two 5510 ASAs w/ AIP-SSM (IPS) modules look VERY expensive for someone who currently doesn't have access with CCSP equipment to practice on. Would appreciate your input…

CCSP without the Equipment
I'm really wanting to follow-up on the CCSP track but am concerned just how practical it would be without having the actual equipment available to practice on? From that standpoint, it would only encompass memorization skills to absorb each book & the study question flash cards. Man, this really bites being a student not…

Anyone purchase the new ONT cert guide?
Cisco press just published the new ONT Cert Guide on May 25th..? Anybody plan on buying it? Right now it seems like the only printed material for the ONT exam. I guess they aren't making ONT and ICSW study guide books, only exam cert books. I prefer the study guide books myself.

Sample labs for the BSCI?
Are there any lab suggestions out there for the BSCI? I'm specifically looking for scenarios that demand traffic engineering for IS-IS, EIGRP, and OSPF, but BGP would be nice too. I can make up my own labs all day long but all that does is test my ability to troubleshoot something I designed to begin with, so I don't feel…

CCSP vs. CCNP
