Which cert to start with?
I have been in the field for 2 years, first as a Field Tech at a Mom Pop shop, and now as a Help Desk/Field Tech at a bank. I was lucky to get my foot in the door, and then managed to learn a lot when I did. So, now, here I am, but I am wanting to do more. I am studying for a two year degree at the local community college,…

Knowledge gap between Linux+ (LPIC-1) and RHCSA?
Hey all, Just curious on the knowledge gap between the two. I intend to take Linux+ after getting my CCNA and then move onto RHCSA. If people could give a time frame or percentage of difference between the two, that'd be great. Example: Network+ is about 75% of the CCENT. Linux+ is about __% of RHCSA Thanks SG

What is a good IT niche to get in to?
Being in an Admin/support role for the last 8 years I need to find a niche in IT to get into. Something that doesn't require programming or scripting. What is a good niche in IT that is both in demand and pays well? I can be a quick learner as long as it doesn't involve any type of programming. ;)

Prometric reschedule fee
Hi, I looked into re-scheduling an exam 70-680 by bringing it forward about 5 days and it seemed that the fee was £21 (as opposed to the £99 full fee). did not go ahead with the re-schedule for the sake of 5 days due to the cost. Does this sound about right?
