How many devices can Firewire support?
I've read that Firewire can support 64 nodes and that each node can support 16 devices. Therefore, it seems that Firewire should be able to support 1024 devices (or something close to this figure). clean install w/out losing data
My A+ book mentions (in the XP chapter) that if you have an OS installed, but chose to do a clean install of XP instead of an upgrade, that you can install XP over the old OS without losing data (however, OS settings and installed software will not carry forward).
