CISSP CBK updated book
I've been reading the CISSP CBK sample copy on my spare time because that's my idea of a good time. I should be around halfway through it in April. The exam is being updated at that time. I want to buy the book, but I don't want to spend $62 for the iTunes version if it's going to be irrelevant in a few months. Is there…

CISSP Pass!
Hi Everyone, I passed my CISSP on the first attempt last week and thought I'd share my experience as I have found other people's posts to be very helpful. Passed CISSP! - First attempt
I took my CISSP exam today and walked away with a pass. These forums have been a great help in my preparation. The exam was very challenging overall, but about as difficult as I expected (I knew it would be pretty brutal). Passed CISSP today! - First Attempt
Just come back from the grueling 6 hour exam and scored the Pass. When I saw only a single page came out of the test center printer, I knew I nailed it. It took me about 3 weeks of full-time prep (lost my IT job last year due to company outsourcing...massive layoff) since the test center near my home only has today slot in…

US influence on CISSP exam?
Hi all, I recently started my CISSP studies, and after reading through the first domain (Security and Risk Management), I have to ask: How much is the CISSP influenced by US laws, rules and regulations. Passed the CISSP - now what?
So, I studied pretty hard for 5 months - created my own testing materials, read the books, went online to watch videos and completed some of the training materials provided by my employer. Passed CISSP? Almost! 695...
Well, I was quite certain that I would pass the test... and what a disappointment it was. 695... probably one or two questions. Not more. My bad luck. I heard that I am not the only one. Passed my CISSP today. Very happy. 90-95% of the exam is not technical but they throw in a few questions are very technical.
