Terminal Server for Juniper Lab/Passed JNCIA
All, Just passed my JNCIA, took the official boot camp from juniper with only a week or so of experience in JunOS. Hooked on juniper right now! Thinking of snagging more devices, but I'll need a good terminal server. I was going to use my old Cisco 2511 as a terminal server but its dead. Any cheap TS recommendations?

Juniper Lab - looking for beta testers
Hello all, First of all, apologies if this message is received as spam. I hate spam more than anything else. I've recently built a low-cost Juniper lab with some automation features, and I am looking for beta testers who are interested in getting some lab time - free of charge. At this point I have 2 labs of 8 SRX210H and…

There is but one left.. JNCIP-SP pass!
This morning I passed the JNCIP-SP. Although there was some multicast in there, which is something I'm completely new to, the rest of the area's provided enough questions to score higher than the passing score. So, that's nice. It seems there is only one left in this road and that is the JNCIE-SP. Still thinking about how…

Express Path - SRX 5400
Hey folks, Looks like deploying a new set of these is in my near future with the new caveat being 12.3X48 and Express Path. Single SPC/MPC with 1 10GbE & 1 1GbE SFP MIC, nothing fancy. Only select flows are going to be accelerated, but it appears that enabling the feature is going to drop the device down to 900K concurrent…

Passed JNCIE-SP (#2332)
I finally got my score report and got my number, 2332. Nice and symmetrical. I wanted to pass along a few thoughts on this exam, strategies for taking it, etc. Since I have two CCIE’s, the first thing people ask is: how does JNCIE compare? Well, I passed my first CCIE (R/S) in 2004 and my second (Sec) in 2008, so I don’t…
