CCNA Security book 210-260 book is a dud.
Just finished the book and I think its a setback from the 640-554. They removed the ACS server and expanded more on firewalls. Passed ICND1 and now Question on Wendell book
Passed the ICND1 this week with a 919 score primarily reading the Lammle book and YouTube videos. I started preparing for the ICND2 immediately and want to explore the Wendell Odom book. I'm very confused on the differences between his regular and academic versions. The Academic ICND2 200-105 Kindle version is $48 which is…

vlan help
Switches only allow communication between hosts in the same subnet, so if there is only one switch (no trunk port etc.) would there be any point to creating a vlan? I am just a bit confused about why you would need to create vlans, when you could just restrict access through using subnets. Any help appreciated. -Benny

My question is, how does the…

Passed CCENT this morning!
I'm very excited to report that I passed the CCENT exam today! The questions were very straight forward and easy for me to understand. I took my time and still had more than 10 min left. This was much easier then the CompTIA N+ exam that I took on June 20th. Now I have 35 days to knock out part2 before it switches over to…

Passed 200-101
Score of 960. I now have a CCNA. It was harder than ICND1, even though I ended up scoring higher. There was less time. With ICND1 I had 20+ minutes to spare. With this one, I had less than 4 minutes when I got to the last question.
