It installs fine and you can work with it etc., but performance is obviously rubbish until you install the tools - having said that, installing the tools on the VM makes it go pop :) (no official W8 option under vmware workstation 8 anyway)

Enabling TPM on a Lenova BIOS
For the migration to Windows 7, the company wants to use bitlocker on our laptops. For this to work best we need to enable the TPM chip in the BIOS of each laptop.
