Man what a hard exam! It attacked my weakness for sure. I studied the Gibson book, Prof Messor vids, and that was about it. I even started to just copy the Gibson book word for word. My exam hit me hard on legacy encyption for some reason. This was my second attempt on the exam.
I took the Sec+ 401 about 3 years ago and it has expired since then. I noticed there is a lot of new material covered on the 501 revision. My question, to anyone who has taken both: has the difficulty of this exam increased? I do remember this being a pretty tough test, mainly with the wording.
