Part of my datacenter has a vblock 340 from VCE. I would like to go to their training, but it's hard to justify the price of 5000 dollars to my boss. Does anybody else have experience on the VBlock and have any pointers to any training that might help?

Offer letter question
So I had an interview early this week and they contacted me yesterday saying they will be sending me an offer (yay!) The question I have is if their offer is lower than what I requested am I able to counter that or is the offer a "set in stone" type thing?
