I successfully passed the ITIL F_2011 Foundation exam on Tuesday it was an easy exam for the most part. I study for it the night before I took the exam. The reason being I had forgotten what day the exam schedule for. Any if you read the material (Book) and read the question well doing the exam you will pass it.

Hi everyone, I am planning to take the ITIL V3 exam near November/December and I was wondering what would be the best material to use in preperation for this exam. I have heard its a simple exam but sometimes understanding certain content is quite difficult. Any input would be appreciated :)

ITIL Foundation results - when do I get them
I went on an ITIL Foundation 3 day course with a training provider this week (Tuesday-Thursday). Done my exam on Thursday afternoon. Forgot to ask the trainer when the results will be sent to us.
